Flowers Inside
I just had to share this as there are a serious lack of flowers outside at this time of year. This was a Christmas gift from our daughter, Jennie. I love amaryllises in the winter. This one just makes me smile when I look at it.

Lovely to welcome you back Margaret and to see a photograph of one of my favourite flowers at this time of the year - the amaryllis. Here we have snowdrops and aconites out and the crocus are just beginning to show golden, but the weather is icy cold. Have you sewn any seed yet?
ReplyDeleteI found one little aconite in bloom yesterday. I started the first seeds yesterday, a small flat of fancy echinaceas. It felt so good to open a seed packet and plant seeds.
